Becci Allen AKA 'BECS'

The Big Picture

Becs started working with Nigel Lamb (Breitling Racing Team), once hooked on avgas, Becs then worked with Breitling global aviation teams for 11 years. Working with the inspirational Yves ‘Jetman’ Rossy, Breitling Jet Team, Wingwalkers, DC3, Super Constellation, Aude Lemordant, and Francois Le Vot.

Many important lessons were learned ‘in theatre’ and with each unique and demanding project, knowledge was squirreled away to make the next mission more operationally effective, yet balanced, with higher media results. 

Becs understands that if TV is King, safety is the holy Emperor that shall be willingly abided and with that is proud of the many global aviation projects with an outstanding safety record.

More recently, Becs has enjoyed managing the Blades aerobatic, racing and event team over the last 5 years. A team of former Red Arrows and general overachievers, who have made all projects easy and fun.

Adding the Colour

Budge began working with Becs in 2012 assisting with the many Breitling aviation projects where they quickly found their stride, think Starsky and Hutch but with flight suits ;)

It was a natural progression to join as Team Coordinator for the Breitling Racing Team under principle pilot Nigel Lamb, winning the World Championship in their first season together (2014). Budge spent 6 incredible seasons as TC for firstly Nigel & then Mika Brageot. Her role included overseeing the PR and Media as well as the day to day logistics and administration, whilst providing the perfect environment for the team to thrive and succeed.



Since racing finished she has turned her expertise towards Graphic Design, and is using Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Premier Pro. A passionate equestrian, Budge is hoping to use her skills to branch out into projects not only aviation, but horse-related too.
